Adequate covered parking for two vehicles is provided for all residents. These parking places are very convenient for residents on the North, East, and West sides of the complex. The South side, however is removed from designated parking areas. There is adequate parking for one vehicle per unit. Problems occur when one apartment regularly parks 2 or 3 vehicles. This practice is inconsiderate to neighbors. The problem is compounded by double parking, angular parking, and parking on sidewalks. This practice looks bad, and damages our property. | |
