Baxter House has clearly defined standards (see Bylaws) outlining what is and is not acceptable for balconies and patios. By far, the majority of residents are in full compliance. There are some individuals what seem unable to grasp our standards. These eyesore patios detract from our image, cause visual distress, and even damage saleability of our units. The Board must be prepared to act to remedy these situations. | |
